Poor Service, Unreliable
My dog, Chase, was due for the 'Full Works Treatment' here today. I booked via their website, selected a day/time when they had availability. I checked their FB page and website to ensure they were working and I also sent them a text and called them 3 times. 15 minutes before my appointment, and after having driven for 40 minutes to get there, they called me and cancelled. No apologies, just saying they couldn't do it today and I was made to feel like it was my fault. The woman I spoke to was aggressive, unapologetic and quite frankly didnt seem to care one bit that she had let my dog down or wasted my time and money (I had to take time off work to take my dog there). Sadly, due to the above, I am unable to comment on the quality of their work but if they are unable to treat their customers with honesty or respect I would certainly think twice before leaving my pet with them.
