Poor customer service
Unhelpful, unaccommodating staff and poor service My appointment on an early Saturday morning was not entered in the system The way they spoke to me was as if I’m making it up bringing my cat on a Saturday morning here They did not even tried to put the mistake right Their concern was only my £20 deposit which was paid for previous appointment when I could not attend as the cat went missing for few hours Really disappointing and poor service And this place was recommended You lost me as a regular weekly customer

Fantastic job grooming my long haired cat.
Took my long haired, very knotted cat to a groomers for the first time. What a fantastic job they did at Absolutely Animals. I would not hesitate again. She came back looking younger and definitely seems happier now. They removed every single knot without noticeably shaving any fur away. Very professional and kind.

Could not be happier!
I have just picked up my cocker spaniel, Sid, from Absolutely Animals and am soooo happy with their grooming service. Not only does he look and smell amazing they have gone above and beyond. This is the first time we have been to Absolutely Animals. Sid has always been nervous of going to the groomers and on his last visit to his previous groomer (who he had only been to twice) he turned fear aggressive and I had to collect him because he wouldn’t let them near him. They told me they had muzzled him the first time he went – they didn’t tell me that when I picked him up the first time. Anyway, I found Absolutely Animals online and I was extremely nervous about taking Sid because the last thing you want as a dog owner is for your dog to bite someone. I was extremely anxious but had a couple of conversations with different members of the team and I can’t tell you how much they put my mind at rest and talked me through how they would let him wander around first rather than go straight to grooming. I took Sid in to them today and they were amazing, I can’t tell you how relieved I am that he now looks amazing and I’ve found a trustworthy, nice, professional experienced team. They told me that he was petrified when he first went in, but they worked with him to make him comfortable and make it a nice experience for him and when I picked him up he was a happy dog. We are booked again for 7 weeks and know I will not feel as anxious and more importantly Sid knows it’s a nice place to go and they will make it a nice experience for him – teaching him that he can trust them. Special thanks to Christine for doing an amazing caring job and also big thanks to Nicole and Kay for being so warm and lovely. See you soon!

Mr

Excellent training and fantastic support!
I had never groomed a dog before and after reviewing a few local training colleges, I picked Absolutely Animals because it was the closest to me. I am so pleased that I did! I couldn't have picked a better training school. What Heidi and Christine don't know about dog grooming is not worth knowing! They have built my confidence up no end and now I am starting out on my own. I had my first Westie breed standard trim and wasn't sure I'd got it quite right. I sent pictures to Christine and she called me straight away to tell me the little tweeks I needed to do to get the trim right. I couldn't ask for better support from them. Heidi and Christine are always on hand to help, advise and support you long after you've finished your qualification. Choose Absolutely Animals for your training, it's money very well spent and you certainly won't regret it.

amazing school
I started my course with no confidence and in a rather unhappy place due to personal circumstance but it really has changed my life for the better Heidi is an amazing teacher and nurtures encourages and is a wealth of information and inspiration. I know run my own business and am in regular contact with Heidi the support continues long after training has finished So glad I chose this school

Fantastic
I chose this school because it was on my doorstep and then realised I had attended one of the best pet grooming schools in the UK! Heidi and Christine are fantastic teachers. I’ve been grooming pets for 7 years and my dog grooming business is booming, it’s changed my life and it’s all down to the training and encouragement from the team at Absolutely Animals. Heidi and Christine have supported me and encouraged me to take it a step further and so I entered my first dog grooming competition with a standard poodle and I placed 3rd in the class, which is an amazing result for my first attempt! This is because these two lovely ladies encouraged me and gave me the confidence to achieve my dreams.

Fabulous Grooming School
So glad I turned to Absolutely Animals for their help in gaining my City and Guilds level 3 and Diploma. The help and advice that came and still comes from Heidi and Christine is second to none. I am very happy to say I am a student yet again with this fantastic school studying the Level 4. Not being a very academic person who was eager to shy away from the written word at high school at the first opportunity is proof enough that they are truly great teachers as I keep coming back for more. They have encouraged me to persue my dreams and exceed my expectations and i cannot thank them enough. You will not regret approaching this school as your choice in dog/cat/further learning qualifications or CPD.x
